Press release

It has been 5 years since Charlotte Fogh Contemporary opened in Aarhus. During these years the gallery has changed its size and format. From a small modest shop to a great exhibitonspace. From a lokal potition to an International orientation. Fra a growing take-off to becoming a distinguished platform of contemporary art.

This, we celebrate in April by the groupexhibition, Personal Matters, with the artists Erik A. Frandsen, Julie Nord, Benny Dröscher (DK), Fredrik Raddum (NO) and Mette Vangsgaard. The artists expressions and media are all different and are representing various genres, but common to them are their integrity in Danish art, and that they have left their marks within contemporary art. Through the time, the artists have all been leading figurs exhibiting at art museums, galleries and leading art fairs both in Danmark and International.

It is therefore a great pleasure with the exhihibition, ”Personal Matters”, to be able to present the latest works by the artists. The exhibition shows watercolour and prints by Julie Nord, paperworks and painting by Benny Dröscher, sculptures by Fredrik Raddum, collages by Mette Vangsgaard and photography by Erik A. Frandsen.
